• Follow your institution’s acceptable use policies

SchoolPug may suspend or revoke access if any misuse is detected.

4. Ownership

All platform content, branding, source code, and technology are the property of SchoolPug. You may not replicate or redistribute without permission.

5. Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation. Maintenance or outages may occur without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SchoolPug is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system. Data accuracy is subject to school input.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, particularly in cases of unauthorized use or security risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
